Blueblue Chihuahua sends orders through different national and international transport companies.

The delivery date at the customer's address depends on the shipping area, with the usual delivery time being 24 to 48 working hours in the case of orders with delivery to the Peninsula (it may take up to 72 hours in exceptional cases), from 2 to 5 days for the Balearic Islands and from 2 to 10 days for Melilla and the Canary Islands (as long as there are no problems at customs). For orders with a delivery address in the rest of the world, the period will be from 2 to 10 days. The transport times indicated are indicative. During sales or Christmas periods, delivery times can be significantly increased and are subject to availability.

The packages that are returned by the logistics company that could not be delivered due to lack of response by the customer, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs.

The shipping costs appear on the website when placing the order and prior to the confirmation of the order.

The delivery is considered made from the moment the product is made available to the customer by the carrier and the recipient signs the receipt of the delivery. It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the products upon receipt of the same and expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified.
